The CLEO Streem v6.80 software release is available to all CLEO Streem Fax and CLEO Streem Alert customers under current support and is built into all new sales of CLEO Streem solutions. This new release will provide existing and new users of CLEO Streem solutions even greater enterprise functionality within the CLEO Streem trusted, enterprise fax and messaging solutions, including:
Flexible Integration
- 64-bit Support: Now supporting Windows Server 2008 64-bit, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 64-bit and Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit editions.
- NSI (Notable Solutions, Inc.) & CLEO Streem Integration: Tighter integration between NSI and Streem systems to streamline the transfer of inbound and outbound faxes into a document management system.
- VoIP Deployment Model Support: Expanded offering and support for VoIP (Voice-Over-Internet Protocol) enterprise fax solution. Our SR-140 technology options help support your enterprise virtualization strategy.
Advanced Management Capabilities
- User Recipient Management: Allow administrators to manage user’s recipients. Clicking the “Manage” button next to a user after performing a search will allow the administrator to change the share level or the owner of
a recipient.
- Remote Address Book: Get CLEO Streem Alert recipient management capabilities in CLEO Streem Print with a combined solution implementation. Using CLEO Streem Alert to manage recipient information allows users to access contact information, make changes and add or delete recipients providing a current, up–to-date recipient address book, while also allowing the use of CSV files, if that is preferred.
- Patch Utility for CLEO Streem Print Clients: Allow for group or user management, selection and merging options for cover page and address book access. Provide administrators with visibility to the current patch levels for all CLEO Streem Print clients.
- Whitelist File Extensions: Eliminate the receipt of files from users who attempt to fax non-faxable files (such as .mp3 extensions). This feature sends a message to the user indicating that they are attempting to fax a document with an unsupported extension.
- Voice Workflow Configuration: Easily configure voice workflows using the new CLEO Streem solution. This feature provides additional configuration options in all available voice modes.
Content Rich Emails
- HTML Email Structure: Support the broadcast of HMTL email blasts from CLEO Streem. Use a new panel for HTML email creation, include images and allow for formatted text to reach business-critical audiences with timely and relevant messages via email.
Enterprise Reporting
- System Totals Report: Track the number of system attempts and inbound message attempts for sends. This feature will provide a snapshot of how busy the voice/fax ports are on the system over a given period of time.
- CLEO Streem Print History: View CLEO Streem Print history reports in a standalone window. This allows viewers to see an increased number of files and provides easier navigation.
System Efficiency
- Optimized Express Launch: Enhance performance when creating and submitting broadcasts with large distribution lists. Noticeable performance gains should be seen when working with lists of more than 1,000 destinations.
- Multithreaded Text to Speech (TTS) Service: Increase conversion speeds of TTS recordings. This will significantly increase system performance with CAP files being used to submit thousands of voice jobs using different messages.
Enhanced Security
- SSL Connections: Support the use of SSL connections in CLEO Streem Print from client to server during the update process.
- SSL Database Connections: Access the database server via a SSL connection from CLEO Streem, enhancing the security of business-critical information while in transit.
